Vietnames youths in the Houston Area attended a Youth Rally and Vocation Fair at Villa de Matel, the Motherhouse of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word, Houston. Cardinal DiNardo was the celebrant and delivered the homily, parts of which are also featured in this video.
